Anise Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

  • 2/3 cup of vegetable oil

  • 1 egg

  • 5 Tbsp of water

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 Tbsp of vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp of anise powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Vanilla

  • 4 cups of flour

  • Some milk and sesame seeds


Directions:

  1. In a bowl, put in all the wet ingredients and mix well.

  2. Add in the dry ingredients and form a dough.

  3. Cut the dough into medium sized balls.

  4. Roll the balls into cylinders and place them in a pan over a baking paper.

  5. Brush them with milk and sprinkle the sesame seeds.

  6. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven until golden brown.

  7. Enjoy!
