Ingredients:
4 cups flour
3 Tbsp of milk powder
1/4 Tbsp of turmeric
3/4 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp of youghurt
3/4 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 Tbsp yeast
1/2 Tbsp salt
A handful of fresh chopped Za'atar
1/4 cup olive oil
About 1.5 cups of water
Directions:
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients and knead until a soft dough forms.
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
Spread the dough Into a large rectangle with few mm thickness.
Cut the dough into smaller rectangles.
Holding each of the rectangle's ends in a hand, turn one end clockwise and the other counterclockwise to creat the swirl effect.
Place the breadsticks on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle Salt/Sumac/Sesame seeds.
Bake for 10 mins in a preheated 190°C oven then 5 mins for the top to gain the golden color
