Ingredients:
Creme Filled Swiss Rolls Snack Cakes
2 cups of milk.
2 cups of coconut
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
5 Tbsp Semolina
160g of unsweetened cream
1 Tbsp butter
100-200 g chocolate (depends on how much you like chocolate 😅)
Directions:
Cut the mini Swiss Rolls into smaller peices and line the bottom (and the sides for extra yumminess) of a springform cake tin as seen below.

Put the milk, coconut, vegetable oil and sugar in a pan. Bring to boil then add the Semolina and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
Pour the mixture over the Swiss Rolls and into the fridge while you prepare the last layer.
Melt the chocolate with the butter and cream in the microwave then place it on top of the coconut layer.
Let it set in the fridge for 2 hours.
