Buttermilk Chicken 🍔

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts

  • 2/3 Tbsp of salt

  • 1/4 Tbsp of black pepper

  • 1/4 Tbsp of Paprika

  • 1 Tbsp of Garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp of onion powder

  • Chili flakes to taste

  • Buttermilk or 170 g of youghurt

  • 2 Tbsp of vinegar.

  • 2 Tbsp of flour

  • 1 cup of flour : add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder and oregano in small amounts.

  • Vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into cutlets.

  2. In a bowl mix the buttermilk/youghurt and vinegar with all the spices.

  3. Add in the chicken and the 2 Tbsp of flour. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 mins.

  4. In another bowl mix 1 cup of flour and the above mentioned spices.

  5. Place a baking sheet in the pan and brush it with some vegetable oil.

  6. One by one coat the chicken with the flour.

  7. Place the chicken in the pan and lightly brush them with vegetable oil.

  8. Cook in a preheated 200°C oven for 15-30 min until both sides are golden brown.

  9. Enjoy!!!!
