Buttermilk Chicken š

Ingredients:
- 6 boneless chicken breasts 
- 2/3 Tbsp of salt 
- 1/4 Tbsp of black pepper 
- 1/4 Tbsp of Paprika 
- 1 Tbsp of Garlic powder 
- 1 Tbsp of onion powder 
- Chili flakes to taste 
- Buttermilk or 170 g of youghurt 
- 2 Tbsp of vinegar. 
- 2 Tbsp of flour 
- 1 cup of flour : add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder and oregano in small amounts. 
- Vegetable oil 
Directions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into cutlets. 
- In a bowl mix the buttermilk/youghurt and vinegar with all the spices. 
- Add in the chicken and the 2 Tbsp of flour. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 mins. 
- In another bowl mix 1 cup of flour and the above mentioned spices. 
- Place a baking sheet in the pan and brush it with some vegetable oil. 
- One by one coat the chicken with the flour. 
- Place the chicken in the pan and lightly brush them with vegetable oil. 
- Cook in a preheated 200°C oven for 15-30 min until both sides are golden brown.
