Carrot Cake 🥕

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 3 cups shredded carrots

  • 1 + 1/2 cups sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sodium bicarbonate

  • Vanilla

  • Crushed walnuts to taste


Directions:

  1. In a bowl, Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla well until the mix doubles and becomes creamy.

  2. Add vegetable oil, cinnamon, carrots, walnuts flour, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate.

  3. Mix well with a spoon.

  4. Butter and flour the cake pan then pour the cake batter into it.

  5. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-45 minutes.

  6. and then you're ALL DONE!
