Carrot Cake 🥕

Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
3 cups shredded carrots
1 + 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Sodium bicarbonate
Vanilla
Crushed walnuts to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla well until the mix doubles and becomes creamy.
Add vegetable oil, cinnamon, carrots, walnuts flour, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate.
Mix well with a spoon.
Butter and flour the cake pan then pour the cake batter into it.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-45 minutes.
and then you're ALL DONE!
