Carrot Cake Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Shredded carrots

  • 1 cup of sugar.

  • 1/3 cup of water.

  • 168 grams of crushed biscuits.

  • Crushed nuts (Almonds, Walnut...)

  • 1 can unsweetened thick cream ( 160 grams)

  • Coconut for decoration


Directions:

  1. Put the carrots, sugar and water in a pan And mix over medium heat until the mixture dries up.

  2. Allow it to cool then add the cream, biscuits and nuts to form of a dough.

  3. Shape the dough into balls and roll them in the coconut for decoration.

  4. Enjoy!


 

Note: Put some water or olive oil on your palms to avoid having the dough stick to them while shaping the balls.
