Chicken Alfredo Fettuccini

Ingredients:

🍽 4 boneless chicken breasts.

🍽 Cooked Fettuccini pasta.

🍽 Heavy cream

🍽 1 cup Chicken broth/(pasta)water.

🍽 2 Tbsp unsalted butter.

🍽 Parmesan cheese.

🍽 1/2 Tbsp salt.

🍽 1/4 Tbsp black pepper.

🍽 1 Tbsp of garlic powder.

🍽 1 Tbsp of onion powder.

🍽 chili flakes (optional)


Directions:

🍽 Sprinkle the spices on top of the chicken and rub them well.

🍽 In a pan, melt the butter then add the chicken. Brown both sides then let it cook on low heat with the lid until golden color (took 30 min for both sides)

🍽 Remove the chicken then add the heavy cream and chicken broth/ water and bring it to a boil. Add the same Four spices to taste.

🍽 Cut the chicken into halves and return them to the pan then add the cooked Fettuccine.

🍽 Add the parmesan cheese and mix throughly. Let it cook for 5 min.

🍽 for decoration: sprinkle parmesan cheese, oregano or parsley.

🍽 Serve it warm. ENJOY!
