Ingredients:
3/4 cup of warm milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp yeast
1/4 cup yogurt
1 egg
Vanilla
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 cups flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
For the filling: 150 g of soft butter, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 Tbsp of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of instant coffee, vanilla.
For the cream cheese sauce: 3 Tbsp of cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
Directions:
Mix the warm milk, sugar, yeast, yogurt and 1 cup of flour in a bowl. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Add the egg, vegetable oil and few drops of vanilla to it and mix throughly.
Finish up the dough by adding the rest of the flour, salt and baking powder. Knead the dough for few minutes then let it rest for an hour.
When the dough is ready, roll it to a big rectangle with a thickness of few mm only.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of The filling then using a spatula gently spread it all over the rectangle.
Roll the dough into a cylinder and cut It into equal sized rolls ( for best results use a thin thread for cutting).
Place the rolls in the baking tray leaving spaces between them. Let them rest for 40 min.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until golden brown from top and bottom.
Spread the cream cheese frosting on the rolls.
