Coconut Bars

Ingredients:
- 200 g of biscuits crumbs 
- 120-150 g of melted unsalted butter 
- 1 can of condensed milk (397g) 
- 2 cans of evaporated milk (170g each) 
- 2-3 cups of coconut (the finer the coconut, the more you need) 
- Vanilla 
- Chocolate chips, Chocolate shavings (shredded) for decoration 
- Blanched almonds split into halves 
Directions:
- Place the biscuits crumbs in a bowl and add the melted butter to it and mix well. 
- Line a baking tray with baking parchment and put the biscuit mix in pressing it down using a spoon to get a flat even surface. Let it cool in the fridge for 15 mins. 
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla and coconut well together. 
- Pour the mix over the biscuits crust and level it well. 
- Decorate with your choice of chocolate and almonds. I used both milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate shavings. 
- Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 25-30 min. 
- Let it cool well before cutting it into squares.
