Coconut Bars

Ingredients:
200 g of biscuits crumbs
120-150 g of melted unsalted butter
1 can of condensed milk (397g)
2 cans of evaporated milk (170g each)
2-3 cups of coconut (the finer the coconut, the more you need)
Vanilla
Chocolate chips, Chocolate shavings (shredded) for decoration
Blanched almonds split into halves
Directions:
Place the biscuits crumbs in a bowl and add the melted butter to it and mix well.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment and put the biscuit mix in pressing it down using a spoon to get a flat even surface. Let it cool in the fridge for 15 mins.
In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla and coconut well together.
Pour the mix over the biscuits crust and level it well.
Decorate with your choice of chocolate and almonds. I used both milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate shavings.
Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 25-30 min.
Let it cool well before cutting it into squares.
