Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar.
1 egg.
Vanilla.
1/2 cup half melted butter (100g).
1+ 1/4 cups all purpose flour.
1-2 Tbsp of cocoa powder ( to taste).
1 Tbsp of baking powder.
chocolate chips.
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter until a creamy mixture forms.
Add the egg and vanilla. Mix well. Then add the flour and baking powder.
Split the cookie dough in half and add cocoa powder to one of them.
Add the chocolate chips.
Using an icecream scoop, scoop some from the white cookie dough and some from the chocolate one into a baking tray. Then place the tray in a preheated 180°C oven. Bake until it's crispy from the outside but still soft from the inside.
