Dates Biscuits 🥨

Ingredients:
🥨 1 kilo of all purpose flour.
🥨 500g of warm melted butter.
🥨 4 Tbsp of Milk powder.
🥨 2 Tbsp of corn oil.
🥨 2 Tbsp of Anise powder.
🥨 2 Tbsp of fennel powder.
🥨 Sesame seeds and nigella seeds
🥨 1/2 teaspoon yeast.
🥨 1.5 kilos of pitted soft dates.
🥨 Milk.
🥨 Cinnamon Powder.
🥨 Olive oil.
Directions:
- In a bowl mix the dates, 2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder and 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Knead until a paste forms. 
- In another bowl, mix the flour, milk powder, anise and fennel powder, yeast, the seeds, corn oil and butter together well. 
- Add milk gradually until a soft dough forms. 
- Roll the dough and the dates paste into small balls. 
- Spread the dough into a small rectangle and shape the date paste ball into a cylinder. 
- Place the date cylinder on one of the long sides of the rectangle then roll the dough over it. 
- Roll it under your palm few times to smooth it then connect the two ends together to create a ring. 
- Bake in a preheated 200°C oven until golden from both bottom and top.
