Ingredients:
🍩 3/4 cup of warm milk
🍩 1/3 cup sugar
🍩 1 Tbsp yeast
🍩 1/4 cup yogurt
🍩 1 egg
🍩 Vanilla
🍩 1/3 cup vegetable oil
🍩 3 cups flour
🍩 1 Tbsp salt
🍩 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
Directions:
😋 Mix the warm milk, sugar, yeast, yogurt and 1 cup of flour in a bowl. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
😋 Add the egg, and few drops of vanilla to it and mix throughly.
😋 Finish up the dough by adding the rest of the flour, salt and baking powder. Knead the dough for few minutes then let it rest for an hour.
😋 When the dough is ready, roll it to a thickness of approximately 1 cm. Cut the dough using a doughnut cutter or a cookie cutter into about (6-7 cm) circles. ( a smaller cutter is used to make the hole in the center). Let the Doughnuts rest for few minutes.
😋 You can then deep dry, bake or even use the air-fryer to get the doughnuts done.
😋 To glaze the Doughnuts you need: 1 cup of powder sugar, few drops of milk ( keep adding until the glaze isn't too thick nor too watery) and few drops of vanilla. (You can add cocoa powder to have a chocolate glaze, coffee to have a coffee glaze...etc)
😋 your DOUGHNUTS are ready to get eaten!
