Melting Moments

Ingredients:
For 20 Cookies
- 125g of soft butter 
- 1/2 cup of icing sugar 
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil 
- 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder 
- Vanilla 
- 1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch 
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder 
- 2 Cups of flour 
Directions:
- Mix the butter and icing sugar until it's fluffy and creamy. 
- Add the vegetable oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix well. 
- Add the flour and mix until a dough forms. 
- Cut the dough into medium balls. 
- Press each ball lightly and use a knife, fork or a cutter for decoration. 
- Place in a tray over a baking sheet. Make sure to leave spaces between them to allow them to expand properly. 
- Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 mins 
- Let them cool properly to harden.
