Ingredients:
For 20 Cookies
125g of soft butter
1/2 cup of icing sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 Tbsp of cocoa powder
Vanilla
1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
2 Cups of flour
Directions:
Mix the butter and icing sugar until it's fluffy and creamy.
Add the vegetable oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix well.
Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
Cut the dough into medium balls.
Press each ball lightly and use a knife, fork or a cutter for decoration.
Place in a tray over a baking sheet. Make sure to leave spaces between them to allow them to expand properly.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 mins
Let them cool properly to harden.
