Melting Moments

Ingredients:

For 20 Cookies

  • 125g of soft butter

  • 1/2 cup of icing sugar

  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

  • 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder

  • Vanilla

  • 1/2 Tbsp of cornstarch

  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 2 Cups of flour

Directions:

  1. Mix the butter and icing sugar until it's fluffy and creamy.

  2. Add the vegetable oil, cocoa powder, vanilla, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix well.

  3. Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Cut the dough into medium balls.

  5. Press each ball lightly and use a knife, fork or a cutter for decoration.

  6. Place in a tray over a baking sheet. Make sure to leave spaces between them to allow them to expand properly.

  7. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 mins

  8. Let them cool properly to harden.

  9. Enjoy!!!
