Ingredients:
1 Cup of soft butter
3 Tbsp of youghurt
3 Cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 large shredded apples
1/2 - 2/3 cup of sugar
1-2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder
Directions:
To prepare the filling, cook the apples, sugar and cinnamon on medium heat for 10 min.
In a bowl, mix the butter and youghurt together then add the flour and baking powder.
Mix them properly until a dough forms
Cut the dough into medium balls
Roll the dough into a circle large enough to fit the cupcake tin you're using.
Transfer the dough to the cupcake tin and press firmly against side and bottom.
Add the filling.
Using the remaining dough, decorate the top of the pies.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until crust turns golden brown
