Ingredients:
6 whole skinless and boneless chicken diced into medium sized cubes.
2 Tbsp salt.
1 Tbsp black pepper.
2.5 Tbsp mixed spices
2 Tbsp of vinegar.
3/4 Tbsp Turmeric.
1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon.
1/2 Tbsp Paprika.
3/4 Tbsp garlic powder.
3/4 Tbsp of onion powder.
1/2 Tbsp of chili flakes.
6 Tbsp Ketchup.
1/2 - 3/4 cup of olive oil.
Directions:
In a bowl mix all the spices, ketchup, vinegar and olive oil then add the chicken cubes.
Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours. For better results, marinate for 24 hours.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place a rack over it.
Thread the chicken into skewers; few pieces per skewer. Don't leave spaces between the cubes.
Place the skewers on top of the rack and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15-20 mins.
Using a fork separate the cubes creating gabs between each piece and another.
Bake for another 20-30 mins until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked but still juicy.
Serve with salad, fries or rice.

Note: You can put cherry tomatoes or mini onions between the chicken pieces if you like so.
